USDA loan
Rural housing mortgage guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for moderate-income borrowers in eligible rural areas.
USDA Section 502 Guaranteed loans support 100% LTV with no down payment, capped income at typically 115% of the area median (program rules vary by county). Property eligibility is restricted to rural and certain suburban areas as defined by USDA.
