We do not fabricate logos or invent customer narratives. Every entry above represents a real customer engagement; metrics are copied from the customer's own reporting where possible and from our own logs where it's a system measurement (e.g. webhook recoverability). When a customer agrees to a story but not to logo or name use, we publish under an industry-and-size descriptor.

Named case studies require written consent captured by sales and filed in the customer-success system. The build will refuse to ship a named entry without that consent date — see the registry source for the build-time assertion.
