Ratesheet
The grid of (program, rate, price) cells that an investor publishes — typically daily — describing the prices it will pay for closed loans.
Ratesheets ingest from email, portal, scrape, or upload, normalize into a canonical row shape, version with DRAFT → ACTIVE → SUPERSEDED, and power the pricing engine's base-price lookup.
