Information that identifies a specific individual — emails, phones, SSNs, financial account numbers.
RateStack's PiiRedactor scrubs PII from logs, traces, and audit rows before persistence. The platform consumes minimum-necessary borrower fields; full SSN, IDs, and bank accounts are stripped at ingest.
