After the call
Sandbox stays available for 30 days; same engine, same audit chain. Follow-up questions get answered same-day; security questionnaires within 2-3 days.

What does the demo include?
A 30-45 minute live walk-through against your data: ratesheet ingestion (we'll load 1-3 of your sheets), pricing engine with full trace, lock subsystem, and a tour of API and webhooks. We'll also answer your specific compliance and integration questions.
Do I need to share borrower data?
No. The demo runs against synthetic borrowers. If you want to try your real loans, sign up for the free Sandbox afterward — your data stays in your tenant.
Who from RateStack joins?
Typically a sales engineer plus a product person. For Enterprise evaluations we add a security engineer and the named CSM you'd work with post-signature.
